  • Payment information: when you buy, payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Square, Stripe, PayPal/Afterpay). We do not store your full card details.

  • Automatically collected: basic usage data (pages visited, device/browser, general location) via cookies and analytics, including tools like the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Squarespace Analytics.

How we use it

  • To deliver your guides, programs, coaching, and community access

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide support

  • To send emails you've opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  • To improve our site and measure our marketing

  • To process payments and prevent fraud

Sharing We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business for example: Squarespace (website), our email platform, TrainHeroic and/or Patreon (program/community delivery), our payment processors, and advertising/analytics partners (e.g., Meta) and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
